This 2½–day workshop, from April 25th to 27th, 2007, was designed to introduce the modern concept of HRM, its systems and processes and how it can help organisations manage and develop its people to maximise its contribution to business success.
This Workshop was presented by Ian Roblin, an international expert on Human Resource Management with over 25 years of experience in the field. 53 participants attended from 49 different companies, where they were able to articulate an understanding of the concept of HRM and HRD and what they involve.
